I have a used Barkers slip on exhaust with the Erik Buell Racing ECU that was on my 08 1125R for about 2500 miles. Selling the bike and taking parts off. I would like $425 shipped for exhaust and ECU within lower 48 states. I have a brand new set of HID from DDM, there are 55 watt 5000K lights for $40 shipped. I waited 3 weeks for them from China. Your price is fine, its just that there isn't a huge market for exhausts anymore, odds are that if someone wants a Barker, they probably have it already. : )

I would like to sell them together. Erik Buell Racing can re-flash the ECU for your CR for $35.
