I am getting ready for a track day at Beaver Run and bought a Drummer from a fellow BEBer.All I can say is WOW!This thing is LOUD!(sorry to keep yelling)It is also fabulous. Now Peggy pulls like she is posessed by deamons at any RPM and sounds accordingly. Also scares little kids, sets off car alarms and I am afraid someone will call Homeland Security on me and report a terrorist attack.I am susposed to be too old for this sh#t but I can't help it.Also got a set of CF guards coming from Erik Buell Racing and bought some water wetter and a new back protector.I am so stoked I don't know whether to sh#t or go blind |

its good to hear that im not the only one that loves the drummer exhaust. kevin is an incredibly great guy. last winter while rebuilding my muffler, we got into a couple conversations, and eventually he asked to trade cell #'s just in case i ever have any issues, and for him to call me once in a while to see what my racing and track assaulting ive been up to. cant recommend him more highly just wait till you break down and get the accompanying Erik Buell Racing race ecm for that exhaust... when i did mine, it was as though i was riding a completely different bike. new all over again. raced my 1125 at thunderhill raceway in CA with AFM last weekend and the most bike related comments were about how good the bike sounds as it comes barreling down the front straight. |

I bought the Erik Buell Racing ecm for the stock can and K&N air filter and it is on the bike. When I get home I will put the stocker on and send mine back to Erik Buell Racing to be reflashed. The Drummer still runs pretty well with this ecm.Now she almost gets as light in the front end in 3rd as she did before in 2nd.Another thing I noticed when I got the stock can off is how huge it looks.Hey Pizza, how much did a rebuild cost and how long did it last until rebuild? |

I sort of want a louder pipe for my 1125, but I do live in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, and I'm not sure a Drummer would be at all welcome. I do try not to piss my neighbors off too badly... But, yes, want. Maybe a Barker with a quiet core insert? Quiet core for most of my riding, pull it out for when I'm just out riding like a hooligan? |

Syonyk, keda RT1qt. Dean makes a quiet(er) version of the RT1. It sounds amazing without rattling the neighbors windows. I get complements on that pipe all the time. Not to take anything from Kevin, he does nice work but if your lookin for something quieter give Dean a call. |

I think if you speak to Kevin you will find that he can do a "quiet core insert" for the Drummer. |
