Covers a lot of ground, and is written to be very easy to understand. Worth a read, even for experienced riders...a bit more "meaty" than Code's famous "twist" series.(of which I have all of them...quite dog-eared by now.) Which reminds me that a local husband and wife team (also BadWebbers) run a "Total Control" course...it's been a while, I am a due for a tune-up class....
