I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever ordered anything from Trojan Horse? How was the experience and the quality of the products? Thanks for any help. |

I ordered the carbon fiber kevlar frame protectors from Daves at the Buell Cycle Center. So I can only tell you of the fine quality. Daves isn't the dealer for Trojan Horse anymore, but he still has some thing s left. Daves is great to deal with, and ya won't have to wait long if he has what your looking for. |

Well here in a couple of months (after the holidays) I will be looking to buy the carbon fiber front fairing, front fender, and air box (dummy gas tank). |

To answer the original question, I ordered frame sliders, tank/airbox cover and solo seat from Trojan without any problem. This was before Dave was the US agent. I would order by telephone rather than by the net, but that’s just me!! |

Really Dave? I thought that you weren't a distributor of their stuff anymore. Well if you can get it for me this spring, I will definately go through you. Let me know for sure. One last stupid question, are the prices on their website in American dollars? |

Hi 'Rice, The prices are in UK currency, so to convert to US$ you would need to multiply by approximately 1.6. However because of the bad exchange rate at present we are offering a 10% discount to US customers to offset this as much as possible. |

That is approximately $900 for the first three pieces that I am looking at! Well thanks to the damn budget that my wife is making me stick to, it will be quite some time before I have that much to spend. Thanks for all the help for now though. |

Americanrice, I am no longer a dealer for Trojan Horse. I will have those pieces available thru another manufacturer when you are ready! I am talking to several companies right now to supply me with carbon fiber stuff. I have not decided who I will be a dealer for yet but am narrowing it down to between 2 or 3 already. I want to be able to have a long term relationship, with no surprises, with whoever I choose to go with. In the end I may stick with selling only the Buell carbon fiber, it is very high quality and easy for me to get, easy to warranty if I get a bad piece, good prices, no frt to get it here to me etc, etc. I am going to be talking to them about some other items I think are needed as well to the line up they have. I probably won't come to any decisions until after the winter dealer meeting in Orlando in Jan. I will be ready to rock and roll by spring. If you want the Trojan ones you will have to go directly to them. Ride to the edge! Dave Iowa HD/Buell (Buell Cycle Center) |
