Ok, so I don't still have the box but all of the parts are here. I purchased the kit for DarkHorseMoto when I had plans to make bar ends to fit the Uly and the CityX.

This kit comes with all hardware needed to mount them. The hand guards provide for wind protection and lever breakage protection in the event of a tip over.
