It's nice that he mentioned E.B.Rs among the others in point 3 Formula Twins. |

It is a great article in many ways, but still asks for too many changes. We simply need to go to the races as they are. AMA Pro Roadracing is a fantastic series at the moment. The XBRR deal was a bit over the top, but candidly having a base rule that says "if you start with stock cases you can modify as much as you want, including machining away and welding on additional material" is absurd to begin with. I think the XBRR just brought to light the ridiculous situation they had. |

>>>AMA Pro Roadracing is a fantastic series at the moment. True that . . my SCU is already packing the car for New Jersey. For any of you . . within a reasonable drive of NJMP . . it's a fun venue and should be a great time. |

To bad that AMA can't arrange for the whole series to be at Indy in August just as it was in Laguna. That would at least make up for the loss at Virginia |

please...... it's NOT "AMA" - that's now an advocacy group only it's now "AMA Pro Racing", a NASCAR subsidiary |

Court - What's a good hotel/motel near the track? I was there in 2009 and had a blast. I'm planning on making the trip this year as well. |

I've gotta look .. They actually rent suites right on the track . . .pretty awesome. Last year, and it''l happen this year again, our challenge waa finding a place that would allow the dog (most places do these days) and we ended up about 15 miles away. I'll go back and check my receipts and see if I can find the name of it. We may also be bringing a group of friends from NYC so I may end up renting one of the places on the track. If we do, it may become the de facto "Badweb Hospitality Suite". |

I checked their site for a suite but it doesn't look like any are available for the weekend. That would have been awesome! |

The coverage sucks! Coverage won't get better until more people are attending the races and watching the show. All you can do it watch them and write letters to SPEED asking for earlier telecast times. |
