Author Message   Bigken Posted on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - 02:54 am:        Got a 99 M2 tat has a strut installed. The guy I got it from gave me the shock that came off the bike. Of course I would like to lose the strut and put the shock on but it does not have a reservoir or even a place to connect the reservoir. Anyone familiar with this model shock?   Buell_bert Posted on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - 05:33 pm:        It is the old style shock and the upgrade has the reservoir. Watch the classifieds here for one, or I do have a spare, but it'll need to be rebuit and I honestly do not know if it's possible to do. A local guy has the 03 XB shockj for $ 70 if anyone is interested.
