I posted this in the tuber section, but i just now saw the for sale section. Selling my turbo kit pulled off my 2000 M2. Bike has 880 miles on it with just a handful of runs on the system. Going back to stock for now, ha ha got plans for a big bore Complete bolt up kit. It was on my M2, im sure it will fit on other tuber buells with little to no issue, but please do research. kit includes: aerocharger complete turbo exhaust header and hardware(bungs for exhaust temp and o2 sensor installed) exhaust dump exhaust mount charge hose and hardware plenum air filter msd fuel pump mallory fuel pressure reg boost gauge. also have the stock CV carb that was modified for the pressurized system. I was using my Mikuni 42, so i have the needle and pressurized seat and jet for it also if you need them. If youre curious... I was hitting close to 13psi and the front tire enjoyed riding in the air. these vnt turbos spool up fast and you better hold on bc the pulling power is crazy. and yes, it sounds like a jet fighter I also have some white faced glow shift gauges, boost/w vac, pyro, fuel/air, fuel pressure that i havent installed or used. let me know quick if any interest you bc im probably going to put the vac, fuel/air, and pryo on my current set up if no one wants them. have the complete manual and install instructions! i can send pictures to those that are interested. if you are in my area or within mileage to look at what you have, i may welcome trades. just depends on what it is. cash is always a plus! |

I am in the outskirts of south west Houston in Sugar Land Tx. Price... im undecided right now. im not gonna give it away because i know id be interested in putting it back on in the future so i figured id trade it for cash. so im open for offers at this time. If im not mistaken, its the same kit for the S1(least all the pictures were with an S1) Ill look at the instruction manual when i get home from work this evening. |

ive listed the kit in other areas for 2250 (thats with everything i got, cv carb, jets for the mikuni and so on) i wont take less then 1500 bc i need money for an exhaust system, intake and such to move to a turboless system. and i probably will want to go to a big bore bc ill be sad that the power of the turbo is gone. ive had a lot requests for pictures, and im writing it on my hand now to do this when i get home. its tough to get anything done once i sit down on that couch haha |

Interested in fullsize pics, if possible. j(dot)goetz72(at)yahoo(dot)com. Thanks Also, does the manual call for any internal mods to the engine? Or just adapting the carb to pressure use? |

Joe, ill email them to you right now. the kit is designed for a stock EVO motor on a buell. Id suggest running the stock cam. if you plan on pushing the motor hard and running the high boost (10+psi), id suggest forged pistons due to the heat and pressure increase, but if you run the wastegate to let off pressure at around 6-7 psi i would feel you could keep a bare bone stock motor and still produce an extra 20-30hp |

Not sure, but looks like the header is for late tuber as it goes under rear tube. My S-2 kit went over as the stock early headers did so looks like it will fit late tubers only. I used the Mikuni on mine and it was great.Made a longer tailpipe as it made more HP on the dyno.About 16" IIRC. |
