Not to be picky, but it has 146 hp. Oh, and freight trains don't stop very quickly Beautiful bike and good price, good luck with the sale! |

Andymnelson you're absolutely correct. I should have said 150 hp and stops like a bullet shot into a sand bag. |

Bump for a bike that longs to be in my garage, but alas I can not afford it right now.... |

Ya know Andy, if a blue 99 X1 with stripe just happens to end up in my garage, you might just happen to find a stack of cash to buy this... Just saying |

Oh, and this bike is close to me, so it can easily be worth the round trip drive |

Derek said I can't trade his bike in order to get myself a CR. |

Hi Greerstyl, thanks for the interest. I would like to say that I could meet you halfway - say Hartford - but my schedule right now is not as agreeable. You are correct. The PO had a losing battle with gravity. Both pod covers are scratched. Never really bothered me, and since I ride in the city, I knew as soon as I replace them some fool is going to knock the bike over. The more I ride this beast, the more I'm thinking of hanging onto it. |

Ravyn, wet sand your pod cover and buff it out with compound, then do the foam pad compound, then hand glaze.... good as new. I have done a few. Scott |

Thanks, Scott. That's a great tip! AC - that might work. It could make the bike more affordable to someone if I sell the goodies separately. PM me what you're interested in. |

"For what it's worth", I'm quite interested in this bike, but probably wouldn't be without the high bars/pipes... If all goes as planned, I will be contacting you in about a week to arrange to come down and take her away. |

It looks as though Buellsruell isn't the only with that sentiment. Got a couple of PM's to that effect as well. Bike will stay as is - with all the good stuff Of course, if one were so inclined to have me hold the bike for them, deposits are always welcome - just sayin' |

I just need to finish up a big roof job I'm in the middle of...and I never "count my chickens before they're hatched", if you know what I mean. I bought the same bike 1yr ago. Sold it like 3 months later and now I miss her terribly. The new owner promised me he'd give me first dibs if he sells her, but I guess he forgot....lol. |
