The long anticipated event has happened, the stars have aligned, and I finally own one of these magnificent beasties. Took a long trip and brought home an 01 x1 with 7500 miles and a supertrapp exhaust. Quick ride around the block yesterday confirmed my expectations, it's easily the most engaging and entertaining bike I've owned. I'm already looking at some modifications for it to make it my own. One thing I am interested in doing is learning about ecmspy and how to tune the bike's FI to take advantage of the pipe and future intake mods. To that end, are there any badwebbers in the Rochester, NY area that would be kind enough to show a noob the ropes with it?

Congratulations, and welcome! That's a great looking X1. I love the Nuclear Blue frame/wheels on these bikes, but you should upgrade to the faster Molten Orange body |

NICE! Bone stock and clean. I got my first Buell in December, and I love it. |

Welcome. Very nice X1. It even has the very hard to find battery cover... Regrading the ECMSPY, I suggest you read the Tuning Guide a couple of times to become familiar with the tool. It is not that hard to use and there are a lot of folks here who would be happy to hold your hand while climbing the learning curve. Ride safe. |
