Yep, I've had the X2086.1AM kits fail too; and I know of a few others as well. I'll keep you posted on how it fares when I'm sent the test kit to try on my bike. As for the price of the Oberon (UK) kit, how do you know the price, it's not been fixed yet, even if it reaches the production stage? |

> dry clutch? You'd still have the same problem. The leak is coming from the slave cyl, not the oil bath. So far, my solution has been the new kit Froggy mentions and fresh seals biannually. I swap them when I check the tolerances on the clutch pack and I'm in there anyway. |

The funniest part: I didn't mean the hydraulic "fix"...I was referring to mechanical clutch conversion. ac |

That was just a lash up made from scrap, just to see if it would would work. (It does) If Oberon hadn't stepped in then a much neater one would have been made with the pivot Tig'd inside the cover. |

I wasn't criticizing if it came across as that. I was HIGHLY impressed with the prototype. Good for them to see a problem, design a solution and BUILD IT. ac |

the parts are being road tested at the moment to see if any parts fail. |

AVC, no offence taken at all I'm the first to admit it was a bit 'Heath Robinson'. I didn't want to waste any time making it look pretty if it wasn't going to work. The only drawback being, it did require the forearm of someone who's been a rock climber for nearly 40 years, to operate it |
