2002 X1 The Bike starts fine and idles but it feels like riding on a gravel road when idling and deceleration. I did a TPS reset and AFV to 100%. Could really use some help troubleshooting this! Thanks! |

You might just have a bad sparkplug. It wouldn't hurt to check them out. |

Natexlh1000, Well I think that did it! I took your advice and removed the plugs. I did find the Terminal (top portion of the plug) on each pug to be loose so I tightened them down as they are threaded. I checked the gaps - both @ .035, put some anti-seize on the threads, put them back in and re-seated all of the spark plug wire connections. Fired right up and was noticeably smoother! Took her for a short ride and felt smoother at all RPM's! I do have new plugs and 8mm wires on order along with a new fuel filter and will install those when they arrive!
