I live less than a mile away from Mid-Ohio Suzuki Honda Yamaha Kawasaki, and they are giving me a bit of a runaround about buying my bike. They recommend that I deal with a Harley Dealership instead. Requesting the advice of my COBRA friends... |

Circus: not surprising, they don't want to take on a liability (from their point of view Buell = liability). Best bet is going to be private sale.
1125 folks - clutch weep issue, anyone have experience getting it fixed under warranty at Farrow's? |

I may be down for the room, Dennis. How far from the festivities is it? I was hoping to just camp wherever the campsite is so I could drink a beer or 2 with the guys. Either way, I hope to follow yinz guys down there. |

My guess is 3 to 5 miles from camp Wolfridgerider might have a better guess but it is not far. My GPS said 181 miles 3 hr. From Marysville Oh. Theres a bunch of us go down together we take the long twisty way down we leave from columbus fri. mor. |

Im looking for a nice small gps that i can (ram mount) on my bike. The main feature im looking for is customizable routes. I want to be able to design a route on the device or computer. Any ideas? |

I've been casually looking for the same thing. We have a TomTom One in the SUV and it does NOT do that, which is rather annoying. With most of the TomTom's you can use the "Tyre" program (just Google 'tyre gps') to create your routes with Google Maps and then upload it into your TomTom. Sadly, my little TomTom One doesn't support uploading ITN (itinerary) files, but most other TomToms do.
That's one option.
I upgraded my smartphone to the iPhone recently and I've been looking for something to use on that rather then a dedicated device. I found the perfect RAM mount to use (RAM-B-174-AQ2U) now I just need the right GPS application to do the same thing -- plot a route in Google Maps and upload it for use.
No real answers for you, just a similar situation. |

Are there any other high bar kits for the 1125CR besides the OEM kit? I looked around some but can't find anything. Also, where is the best place to buy the OEM kit (assuming there isn't another option)? TIA!

for those of you going to Mid Ohio....
I'm calling the bleachers in turn 1 the Erik Buell Racing Zone.
You can see the chicane, keyhole, back straight and the beginning of the "S's" from there.
I should have my butt firmly planted there by the beginning of the race on Saturday
Hope so see some other Buellers there!! |

I usually hang towards the North end of the track (a little lighter on the pedestrian traffic) but since there will be a special Erik Buell Racing Zone, I will make an appearance at the bleachers with appropriate Erik Buell Racing attire. :-)
@Dennis_c if you get over to the camping area and see my white 1125R with the blue Erik Buell Racing logo, feel free to firmly plant your butt in my saddle and see what you think (If I am not around). You will want that saddle over stock, believe me. |

I just read that the 1190 will make its debut at Mid Ohio this weekend. Now I'm REALLY excited about Supercycle weekend..As if I needed more adrenalin about it. |
