Welcome from a fellow new member. I had the same problem as the rest...bought my X1 in January but couldnt ride due to the season. I'm a "modding junky" so I took the bike apart to give it a once over and add some goodies. Well, the X1 is still apart as we speak so I bought an M2 to satisfy my riding needs. I love the M2 but I hear the X1 is even more fun to ride. If there is any truth to that, I will be even happier! Have fun & be safe! |

Welcome Dex Morgan, sounds like you had the madness even before you bought your first Buell. Power is delivered a little differently on the M2. That's kind of a matter of taste, but you've got two great bikes, depending on the flavor you're looking for at a given time. Suspension handles a little differently as well. Either bike will be great fun when set up for your weight and riding style. |

Thank you littlebuggles...Yeah, everything I touch I have to mod. I started riding when I was 8 and had at least 1 bike until 2002. I sold that bike (Ducati 748) and have been without until the 2000 X1 Millenium and 1999 M2 Cyclone I bought this year. Funny thing is I was looking for another Ducati (Monster) until I did some research on the Buells. After that, I was hooked! The nice thing was I paid less for the two buells than what I would have paid for 1 Ducati...& I own a piece of American (motorcycle) History. |

I was looking at Monsters and Speed Triples when I got mine. My M2 spends a lot of time waiting for me to put it back together. That's why I got my XB. |
