so I had a fastener break while tightening a bolt, somehow I must have overtorqued it


any ideas on how to get it out?

Pull the cover and get a vice-grips on it or if close a small chisel and hammer and gently tap it out CCW. I know because I've done the same thing before. I even did it torquing them. Now I just snug them up and have not had a leak or broken one since.

I used the vice grips and got it out
