So I want to put a new set of lifters in my XB9 while I have it torn apart ad having a hard time finding choices and deciding. NRHS sells Fueling for $145 a set, V-Thunder (CompCams) suggests a lifter that is $52 each, then there is always stock which at this point is less expensive. To add to the confusion V-Thunder lists their 850-1 and 875-1 as compatible with 2000 to present Buells (doesn't specify models), these are cheap at about $60 a set. A phone call suggested the $52 each lifter for the Evo motor. So what do I need to look for to get the correct lifters? Can I simply get Evo lifters? |

Stock? I've run Jim's Hydro-solids for years in the racebike with adjustable pushrods but don't think I'm spinning the motor fast enough to justify the hassle. |

It don't want anything that requires me to fool around with adjustable push rods, so I guess purely hydraulic is what I am looking for. |

I found a post on another forum where the poster used the V-Thunder 850-1 so I just bought a set, I'll measure everything I can before they go in since there is little info on them in a Buell. I did get a response back from V-Thunder (CompCams) that the 875-1 should be fine but decided the stock-ish 850-1 would be better for me right now. |
