i hope things cool back off for them soon and get their store back open. i had a unpleasurable experience this month trying to get some crash repair parts for my bike.

sent my first email with what i wanted and the address i want it shipped to on may 2; 3 weeks later i got a quote, one week after that the parts finally shipped, theyre supposed to be in my hands tomorrow. many one way emails were sent, and "we'll call you back" phone calls in between.

dissatisfied, i hope they get back to their normal 'A' game of customer service asap. this month, i give them a D+.

it's partially up, but having issues. Getting DNS issue when clicking any other page from Home. Home is partially loaded, but with blank spaces not fully loading.
