Selling my prized 1999 S3. Blue (almost purple) and white. Other than needing a new set of rear brake pads, there is nothing wrong with it that I know of.
Seat back support
It has about 8500 miles and numerous mods and recent or new parts including: New parts: Yuasa battery, Ignition switch, Front brake pads, Mobil 1 V-Twin oil and Wix filter. Modifications: SuperTrapp muffler (with extra discs), Shinko (Yokohama) tires, Banke peg relocators, Corbin-style seat back, Econo-winder with K&N filter, Race Tech repaired and Gold Valved rear shock (with recall shock support), Includes: Hard bags with narrow lids, One soft saddle bag liner, Fairing bags, Under-seat bag, Parts catalog Service manual. Also includes: Extra seat, Second set of hard bags (cracks, broken latches) with deep lids, Rear shock (blown), Original bread box air filter, Buell racing helmet (medium) by AGV. The price of $4500 gets you everything. The price is negotiable depending on what goes in the package. The buyer of the bike gets dibs on any of the extras. The bike is located in the central / Des Moines, Iowa area. Trailer delivery negotiable. Additional photos on request. Doesn't that piss ya off when you do that Nick ? post a query, then find that it's already answered in the sellers spiel. Hows that S1 of yours going ??? Had those valves bouncing around yet?? Tom - nice bike and like the way that pillion support pad is attached . . . so I'll shout you a free bump. |

Thanks, Kiwi. The support came from a BadWebber. It's an excellent piece. I bought a knockoff Corbin seat back for cheap and the GF loves it. |
