i notice that if you pop the throttle it cuts out. like on a old carb harley it would do that if you needed to add a little pumper to it. Anybody else had that issue? i would apperciate any help |

Exactly what's going on. With the gigantic throttle bodies we have, you flood the cylinder with air... not air and fuel. Different technology, same effect, same cause. Don't blip too hard. Z |

That's the same as the old joke: Patient: "Doctor, it' hurts when I do this" Doctor: "well then, don't do that!" Big twins with big TBs will cut out if you aggressively blip the throttle... But then again, why would you want to? |

never really done it to me before, i was going to do a little burn out leaving the store the other day and it cut out. hard to explain what it did. closes thing i could come to was the old harley carb. was just wondering if anybody else had the issue or was it just me. it does it when you crack the throttle fast. |
