(Got LOTS of interest from my ad on Craiglist) Really sad to see her go, but wanted to thank everyone here again for being so awesome. You guys helped me learn bikes and learn to ride safe. big MAHALO! Please keep helping the next crew of newbies fix their boots and swap their Dunloops and really get the most out of what is a cool bike...THE BLAST. I opted for a bike with way more issues than ANY Blast... A Royal Enfield Bullet Ironbarrel from 2005. But it's a crude thumper and I like it a lot. Slower than Blast...hits 65-70 max, but fine for Kauai and I like the old school style/engineering. Only $2500 with 2k miles on it. One thing it doesn't do well is stop with drums front and rear, so I'm upgrading the front to disc which is easy to do. I also put on Avon AM26 tires and they transform the enfield the way Pirrelis transformed my Blast. I hadn't ever let anyone ride my Blast, so I hadn't really heard it driving around. Wow! The puppy is loud! And here on Kauai I'll probably see dude out Blasting around on my bike since he's using it to commute.   Cgent Posted on Thursday, May 26, 2011 - 11:59 am:        Golly ...
