Want to get 1 to 2 inches higher than what the oem 1998 White Lightning bars are. Can anyone tell me for sure what bar will work and if stock cables will work as well? |

1 to 2 inches will require new cables. Blast bars should do the trick for your extension, though. |

Put Flanders 650-01212 bars on my 97 S1. Cut the width down to 30.5". Easy reroute of cables no replacement on mine. Good hand and back position for me. Tom |

I can't verify, but I've been told that S3T and Blast! bars are one in the same... |

XL - I've heard the same thing, but like you, cant verify it (dont have PNs or a blast model to compare) |

but...go to a dealer and order S3T bars. Then, go to the same dealer and order Blast bars. Which do you think will get a stranger look? They built Blasts *last year*. More likely to get the right part, methinks. |

I have a set of awesome aluminum bars that are high risers. You dont need longer cables... I just went to a low rise set. |
