This Eskalation Air Scoops reduce the running temperature of the engine. They are made from fibreglass, painted Matte Black, and are ready to install. The kit includes a CD with mounting instructions (photos) and all nuts, bolts and other fasteners needed to fit to the Buell 1125 R or CR.

I've never seen these before. Considering that the stock scoops direct air from the outside inward through the radiators and these don't look like they are set up to do that, I wonder how much of an improvement, if any, there would be in coolant temperature. These shrouds look like they'd work better if air was supposed to be directed from the inside outward through the radiators, as they would remove the restriction on outbound airflow.

Has there been any testing to confirm the amount of decrease in coolant temperature under certain conditions? IE ride the bike up a stretch of road at constant speed with the stock covers, and then run the same stretch of road a short time later with these shrouds?
