Thanks Bill. It's funny how finances get tight when you go out and frivolously spend all your pennies on an old Mustang convertible. LOL! |

Well said Don. Fortunately, no offspring so I can get away with a Miata. Jokingly refer to it as a Goldwing with training wheels or Luxury Snowmobile in winter. More creature comforts for the long haul and makes for better communication/interaction with a passenger, but unfortunately, I believe the luggage capacity is about the same. |

I got the bike out yesterday for a short 10 mile ride. It was barely even 40 degrees. I got the oil changed at least. Then I watched the Vikings offense play the Packers. The Vikings defense? They never even showed up!! Drove to work this morning in a snowstorm. We are supposed to get 2-4 inches. Goodbye summer! |

Does anyone in the Milwaukee area know of a reaosnably priced motel/hotel near The Rave/Eagle Ballroom? I'm taking my son up there for a concert Saturday night and don't relish a 5 hour drive when it's over. TIA. |

EasyFlier...Stick with the Big Name hotel/motels if you plan on staying near the Rave. Is a bad part of town if you get one block off the main drag. Would rather suggest that you pick a hotel/motel anywhere along I-94 from Mitchell Field South to Kenosha's Hwy 50. Once you get to Racine and Kenosha, you are in a much better neighborhood and is only 30 to 45 minutes south of the Rave. |
