Yes! im working on the same thing nillaice. Cant decide if I want to work off of the passenger peg supports or if I want to just remove the peg supports and go straight from there. | ||

Those bags look good for the price. I dont know how they might do with daily use but once in a while they might get the job done | ||

working off the pass pegs can be done and i was gonna, but it wouldn't be universal with my XB9S/R. instead i scored an extra pillion and i am working off that. the 1125 has a different undertail and the mounting points are more exposed. i'd think that some right-angle iron would bolt right up and make a quick job of it. i saw a guy who thew some u-bolts around the passenger brackets and strapped the boxes to that. i can't speak for how study they were. but obviously they would not acomodate a passenger i'm shooting for something i can take the wife for a week-end getaway. or stash all of her stuff that she deems necessary to take with us across town. i mean; 'cmon you got POCKETS! ... gimme a few days, and i should have something resembling saddlebags and it might even be worth taking pics of. ... | ||

K that's kinda what I thought but I don't want to go the ammo can route either. True hard cases are crazy spendy and even decent soft sides are getting a little high for me right now. | ||

I got a set of Oxford First Time panniers for Loretta when I went to Homecoming 2008. Little brother has them for his Firebolt now. I think they cost 80-90 dollars in '08. They looked a little sleeker than the ones linked to up top.   Z (Message edited by zac4mac on April 27, 2011) | ||
