Simond! Wow, it's been a long time since we've visited, good to hear from you.
Thanks for digging out that shot of the BLURR, sure brings back some fond memories. I've told this story here on BWB before, but that photo was taken late in a very long day of exploring Mount Rainier in Washington State, USA. On the way home, even though I still had quite a ways to go, I was so reluctant to stop adventuring that quite by accident I stumbled onto the road where the Rainier Brewing Company filmed one of their most famous and beloved television commercials. This photo was taken at the exact spot, at almost exactly the same time of day. It was so cold, and I got home WAY later than I'd planned (like, what else is new?), but I got a memorable photo outta the deal, and it's pretty cool that that it still resurfaces from time to time. One of these days I'll get a scanner and post a higher-resolution version.

The photo you mention above with the sun setting on the tank on the BLURR is one of my favorites. I really need to get a scanner and start getting all this old stuff posted...
I'm digging around trying to find one of the posters from the LAP OF AMERICA that had me and the bike standing in front of the old carousel . . "you only go around once".

Jerry, that picture of BLURR is a favourite of mine. I can't compete with that but like the snowy mountain theme. This was a ride home from Dublin a few weeks ago:
