I am getting ready to install these on my 1125R. http://w4t3pw.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pp4Smg5JPyVn UKcE8lIXDJcDHZ-bBCNeFAMqkmSF165R39BKIQjEC-2hIYXroF 6INMBMiTvpasmaIUMV8u05kiuLQXwvsQ7xU/P1010055.JPG?p sid=1 Is this the last set? Are there any more sets of these floating around in dealer inventory? |

If I could find a set, I'd buy them and put em on a shelf, in case I mess mine up. Had em on the Lightning, coundn't wait to get them on the CR. I love em. Thought they were all gone. R |

Possible those are the last, possible there are one or two more out there undiscovered. Congrats on the buy, I wish I could find a new set (or three) for MSRP |

Have you guys ever tried Oury grips? http://www.ourygrips.com/grips_menu.html# I've got friends that say things like "well, if they ever quit selling these I'll have to stop racing!" It's a thick, comfortable, grippy grip. We have them on the endurance race bike, and I like them a lot. |

Jdugger - have you comments on the lock on grips they offer? X. |

Nope, just the road grips. Cushy! You have to cut, them, too. They come sealed on the ends for some reason. We just knife 'em and then safety wire them to the bar. so they stay in place. |

When I was drag racing, I would use the black Oury grips...glue 'em on, and wrap a rag with a little gas around 'em and let 'em sit for a while...they were so sticky it was hard to let go....handy when pulling 1.13 60ft at the dragstrip. |

Hey - I recognize that e-mail - Hiya Ross, I'll send you an e-mail today with the drive out price on your order. Thanks again - I'd love that fairing set - just like the one Lemonchili has... Let me know how much, maybe I can earmark part of my tax refund... Zack |

What grips are on Eric's bikes? |

I actually HATE the Oury grips for sport riding - if using a stock long pull throttle. On hot days they get so sticky that it slows down the "roll off, let go with two fingers to begin braking move". Some gloves are worse with this than others. The Ourys are basically mountain bike (as in bicycle) grips and do a good job of shock absorption. On a sport touring bike, they're fine. But for serious sport riding or track use, I'd go with something less sticky. Not looking for a fight here - just my subjective two cents. |

Ranthal grips Xelerator, unsure of the name off the top of my head but they only come in Grey I have an extra set down at the garage I will check for a part number. I have had them on every bike since I got into racing and wouldn't even debate on anything else. |

Yes, it's the full diamond grip...I promise you won't ever use another grip after you wrap your hands around them. I can honestly say 90% of the guys I track with use them and you can't beat the price. |

Firm/medium/soft? I found the "Traction Grips" to be a little hard on a longer ride. |

Those grips on the 1190 are stock/oem buell 1125r grips. |

Given their popularity, it seems like an Erik Buell Racing version of the Traction grips would be an obvious aftermarket part for Erik Buell Racing to market. |

+1 Renthal Diamond. I use the light gray/soft on all my bikes. I might have to try the kevlar next time. |

yeah, when they went on firesale i tried to grab an extra set... no dice. I check every once in a while and haven't seen any pop up. I have big hands and love the palm swell they provide. I like the idea of Erik Buell Racing making another version! C'mon Erik! |
