Where do the 'hidden internal crankcase breathers' breath on these?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ROLAND-SANDS-DESIGN -TURBINE-AIR-CLEANER-HARLEY-/150583996605?pt=Motor cycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item230f8170bd Into the the aircleaner right?? So how does that work out?? Wouldn't think too good..... So you burn the 'vapor' or oil?? (Message edited by jkgonzo on April 09, 2011) |

What amazes me every time "i" see these cool looking(and expensive !!!) air cleaners, is how small they are !!! You're engine is an air pump ... It can not pump much air if you re-strick the intake !!! And last, but not lest you do not want to run your breather hoses(they should go into a catch container !!) into the intake to pollute the intake charge !!! |

That air filter is actually quite large. That thing works by bolting to the side of the case and having two machined vent paths that feed into the side of the breather body. |

Those bulges on the top left and right of the cover are them. I notice a quite number of these "custom" and expensive air filter breathers pipe the oil splooge back down the throat of the carb. |
