Anyone interested in picking up a spare 1125 (complete) engine? I have access to as many as 6 USED stock motors. It looks like they 'might' even come with the throttle bodies. From what I can tell, they're 08 motors, and I am fairly sure they have everything on them. If interested, let me know. Shipping would be by truck, probably about $140. I have been seeing used ones on ebay. drop me a note as to how much you are asking. I would love to put one in my empty S2 and or M2 frame sitting in the garage. | ||

Puzzled, Hybridmomentspass, J_copeland, (Danny, I'm not sure if you were just commenting or expressing interest) you guys posted first and then based on email timestamps, I think the rest may all be gone. I got 3 emails right away from other board members, I've already replied to them with the price. Guess I should have posted the price initially. Just to keep it fair, from here on out, please only post here if you want to be in line for one. I'm working on the bill of sale, serial numbers, etc. I'm looking at probably $1140 shipped for each one. I'm also going to state again, these are sold "as is" and "USED" and I'm ASSUMING they run, although if it were me, I'd tear it down to at LEAST check it out prior to running it. I'm half-way through a major rebuild on my 2007 Uly that fragged the front rod bearing. Present plan is to rebuild my existing engine and upgrade with 2008 crank. Looks like a fair bit of work. I wonder if you could put an 1125 engine in that frame? Might be more work than it's worth though. | ||

No kidding. At least I'm pretty much half way there as far as the rebuild. Just about all the new work will be installation of new components. One thing's for sure, used 1125 engines are plentiful and cheap on ebay, compared to XB engines. (Message edited by Hughlysses on April 03, 2011) | ||

OK, they're priced as listed, $1k, shipping is $140 via truck. They're used production motors, they were running at the time they were pulled and were NOT blown up or damaged. Assume they need the 5th gear oil jet recall. They come with a bill of sale, the motors have serial numbers on them and can be titled with your current frame, or any other valid frame. They are complete engines, throttle bodies will be included on them all, injectors, etc. They are available immediately. At this point, it looks like 2 are spoken for. If you want one, post up asap. | ||
