i just ordered and recieved in teh mail a 76T pulley from everybod's favorite Erik Buell Racing. -thankyou Michael R.- puling it out of the box something seemed different about it. ... it was considerably lighter than i expected it to be. shipping weight was 4.4 lbs for it in the box and wrapped up. upon further inspection it does not have the 76T embossed on both sides like the one i got off ebay (presumably from a production bike) and this one i just got has never been mounted. i got my old 70T pulley down from the attic to compare, and it IS definetly lighter! but about a pound, or so it feels. i don't have a drug-dealer's scale to verify my bathroom's scale 0.8 lb claimed difference anybody else notice this? or ever weighed their pulleys? |

Post some pics of the new 76 tooth. I'd be curious if they lightened it at all. |

I know this: the 70T feels like it's made of lead. It's unbelievably heavy. |
