I was curious if anyone has done this, I would think the seat is about the same length and would make the blast look mean while removing some weight. Would be cool for a little Cafe style blast. Have seen several XBS to XBR conversions so just figured I would ask.

It can be done - just a matter of securing the R bodywork to the subframe - has been done!

I want to go with the minimal XBS look. That really does look slick though Thanks : D Im also going through the pictures when possible (At work)

The S sub-frame - would definitely be a cut and weld job along the above lines so it would fit.
