Black Yahama brand lift. Tabs fit the bottom of your forks, good for wheel removal for tire changes. Very convenient for washing as well. $60 or best offer. I gotta go find a box...

Is the price too much? Someone make me an offer, I need to get a head stock lift so I can service my forks. No way to hang the bike since my garage is finished... |

Will it work on a 1125R? |

I have no idea actually. I can measure the distance between the pins, I have X1 forks, you can compare that to your 1125's. Also feel the bottom of the fork leg, there should be a hole down there that the pin fits into. |

Pins are 7 5/8" apart, center to center. They are approximately 3/8" in diameter. |

To be exact, if your S1 forks match the measurements above then yes. Generally speaking, I believe the WP forks are pretty close to the Showa's, but, I don't know if it's got the hole for the tab at the bottom. It's easy for your to check though, and I think it's a fairly common part of many fork's casting, seems like it would be anyway. |

"I need to get a head stock lift" That's exactly what I've been looking for my X1. Would you be kind enough to post what you find? Thanks, and good luck with the sale. |

Thursday will give me time to change my front tire and still find a box for this thing, I had one I thought was big enough, but I was wrong. So that's perfect. Let me know if something comes up. |

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't quite sure what your last post meant. I found a box that's pretty close to the size of the lift. I may be able to trim it a bit to cut shipping. What's your zip and I'll see how cheap we can get shipping? |

UPS Ground $20.87 for 8lbs, SLC, UT to Milford, DE. USPS Parcel Post $25.51 for 8lbs, 30x15x18. Have you priced these with Dennis Kirk or Chaparral? Not sure what they'd charge for shipping, that's why I ask. I want my price to be good enough for me to off-set cost of the new one, but also good enough to be worth buying it used, you know? Maybe $70 shipped UPS so we share shipping? |

If it seems impractical, I got a call today from my local listing, I asked him to hold on until we figured this out. What I found for my replacement (a headstock lift) is at Cycle Gear, I plan to buy that locally, they've been pretty good to me there. There's a location in Bear, DE listed in the back of my most recent catalog from them if that's a help to you. Discount ramps dot com sells front and rear kits starting at 79, the kicker is the s+h charge of $35. Found them in my Sport Rider magazine. Kalali, are you getting these updates? -Mike |
