I saw a yellow firebolt and blue uly at south mountain today... pretty sure it wasn't anyone from here though. I cant ever get a hold of the DMV, and I don't have the time to check in person. I'm looking at a texas non-repairable but would rather not get it if I can't make it legal to ride on the road... Everyone you talk to has a different take on what has to be done so when the first person tells you to get certin info and you bring it back the next tells you you need something completely different... Very frustrating!! Back on topic... I have no idea what you would need in that situation.
