It's time for me to adjust the primary chain. I can't find the Torque wrench adapter that is shown in the Blast factory manual, and the local tool shop has never seen such a thing. Any ideas out there? Is there anyone who adjusts it without having to remove the stock exhaust? |

Crap, that is a common tool, buy at Sears or Harbor Freight, when doing the adjustment, go eight more flats out than the manual says, the book is incorrect. The tool name is crow's foot sockets - I'm sure there is another name as well, still that should work in the asking. Another way to do it is loosen till hear noise, then tighten till noise disappears again, then holding in place the adjustment nut, tighten to spec to set. Done. Better a bit loose, than too tight at all. EZ |
