Going back a few years... Ferris, Jim Attebery and I visited Matt a few months before his death. Back in the day, we had sign parties at the Pike house, where we drank beers, had fun and waved to all of the traffic driving by the Pike house on 4 lane Linden Road in Flint, MI.
We were talking about the sign parties at Matt's place and one in particular came up- the time he was arrested...
Matt and Steve, shown in the pictures below, decided that mooning traffic would be a goood thing to do.
Matt found out that evening we were with him that I was the one that had him driven around Flint for a few hours, with his stylish T-shirt, for his deeds earlier in the evening....
Got these pictures a few weeks ago from a college friend that was in town and we had a good time talking about times past and celebrating Matt's life.
Thought I'd share a bit and relive a few memories with a great man and a great friend.
Miss you, Matt.

Thanks for introducing Matt to all of us. I still marvel at the way BWB came together to support Matt and his family during their time of need.
We owe Matt a great deal for introducing us to some great people we're glad to call friends. |
