Yes, Al bought all the rights to produce the DHM goodies, so American Sport Bike is your one stop shop for all the DHM sliders. |

He edited the email. Not cool to post someones email publicly like that, spam bots will pick it up. At least with the edit you can still tell what it is, despite being semi cryptic. |

I like American Sport Bike, but i just can't stand their website. It's more outdated than this forum. Search is terrible, layout is terrible. |

Sneth Posted on Sunday, February 20, 2011 I like American Sport Bike, but i just can't stand their website. It's more outdated than this forum. Search is terrible, layout is terrible. It is, what it is; I have no problem finding and ordering goods & services from American Sport Bike's web site. Consider this: American Sport Bike is just 2 people trying to make a living in a tough competitive market. |

the only complaint I have about American Sport Bikes website and it is a small one is that some times I have to look in the lightning section for parts when it is parts that should be in the firebolt section too like wheel bearings and other random things I would be looking for. That being said they are great people to deal with and I like buying from them when I can. |

You couldn't ask for better people to deal with. I haven't bought a whole lot from them but have been happy every time. |

Thanks for the props, folks. Ugh...the web store... yea, it's old and has some warts. We changed the SW we run the biz on in the beginning of 2008, from Quickbooks/ClickCart Pro to Everest. The reason was because we wanted an INTEGRATED accounting/ecommerce solution, rather than patching different databases together with ever-breaking APIs. The plan had been to go-live internally on the accounting side in early 2008, and then roll the Everest Ecommerce solution out later that year. Unfortunately, the Everest Ecommerce solution that was sold to us, vs what it actually is, isn't the same thing and it has kept us from ever going live on it. It SHOULD happen this year, but I thought the same thing at this time LAST year. It's very close, we're about to start testing it in a development environment in the next few weeks. I can't wait, as keeping two databases in sync manually is very time consuming and error prone. Sad thing is, I knew from my previous life that you NEVER buy SW based on PROMISED features, only on actual working features that can be demonstrated. I should've listened to myself. But, once we get it online, shopping on the website should be a little easier. Al |

Good luck! Hopefully it will pressure Blake to "keep up with the Joneses", and get back to work on vBulliten. |

I like the way this place is set up. Don't particularly like having to put my username and password in every time I post. Like right now I have to do it..... |

I use the search on American Sport Bike and it's pretty easy to find what I'm looking for. I sometimes trawl the all products section to see what's new, but I find the search easier than categories. I don't mind the BadWeb setup either. It's fast and the search is quick. Took a while to find may way around at first perhaps. |

Hello All, Due to a number of reasons, I elected to sell the manufacturing rights for my products to Al and Joanne at American Sport Bike. Having dealt with them for years and knowing them on a personal level, I could not think of anyone who would carry on the DHM sales and service any better. I enjoyed the six years that we were actively designing and producing high quality Buell accessories. I still own DarkHorseMoto and who knows, I could produce something for Buell motorcycles in the future. After seeing Erik's latest, the future looks very bright! Sincerely, Keith Thrash DarkHorseMoto, LLC |
