So I have one of the old Ohioo Sports Bike tunes that I dialed in on a dyno. The question is, would it be worth it to change to the Erik Buell Racing tune? Would I see an increase in drivability? for reference, I have a HMF slip on. thanks |

I'm in a similar position. Got the generic tune from o sb, and wonder how much better the Drummer tune from EBaRRRRRR would be. I figure it's gonna cost me about $250 to find out. R |

I was using Dave's software for a year and a half. I didn't really "tune" mine as much as I improved rideability. That being said, I got an early ebr generic open intake/exhaust and LOVE it. Almost as smooth as my own down low but better everywhere else. My old ECM is in a box... Zack |

Cool. Thanks for the feedback Zac. (Hey! That rhymed!) That just moved to the top of my list. R |

We levy a punitive fine for getting excited about a rhyme. You're hereby fined one Erik Buell Racing ECM. Purchased required. |

I recall reading that the most recent Buell factory tune is comparable to the os b tune. Considering that pretty much everyone agrees that the eb r ECM is better than the factory tune, the answer to your question is presumably yes. |

I have both tunes Daves & the E.Br to be honest I find both good, better fuel econ with the E.Br, but Daves give me better low RPM drivability & bottom end grunt. I have reverted back to Daves *** tune. I can change between each as needed, if I do a long ride where fuel econ is needed I will use the E.Br. |

I had Daves *** tune about one year and then I changed to Drisīs Fuel Solutions tune. With Dris`s tune my bike feels stronger than with Daves *** tune and fuel economy is nearly same as with the factory tune. |

I have the tune for stock exhaust but when I bought the barker I ended up getting the Erik Buell Racing ecm plug and play. If they cost to reprogram wasn't almost the same as buying a complete ecm then I would actually had to think about it. This way I have original ecm came with bike, as well as separate for open exhaust which gives me a couple options. |
