I have the digital version of the shop manual for my 2002 BLAST! ... but often it would be nice to have the old fashion PAPER style shop manual ... where can I get one ??? There's a Harley dealer that has one for $60 ... will I have to pay that ??? I guess I could print off about 200 pages of the digital version ... but that's a lot of printing ... |

If you are near a Kinkos they can probably print and bind your PDF manual for about $15. |

e-bay. Any year will do. The parts manual is priceless, tough to find used, but also available on ebay, regularly. |

Are you talking about the owners' manual? |

Owner's manual is WORTHLESS !!! REPEAT ... WORTHLESS. "If you don't polish your Blast! with official Harley Davidson Wax (available at your local Harley Davidson Dealer)it could result in serious injury or death" Owner's manual never tells me the output of the electrical system ... No thanks ... I want a paper copy of the service (shop) manual ... about 200 pages. I'm seriously considering having Kinko's print and bind a copy from disk for around $25 ... thanks Kauai !!! |

Alex ... Buellriderx ... please don't take my comments personally ... I'll feel guilty till you tell me that you've read this and it's OK ... I wasn't attacking you or your comment ... I was just attacking the people (attorneys ???) who wrote the owner's manual. It seems to be about 98% warnings of serious injury or death with very little useful information. I'd really like to meet you and a whole bunch of the other great folks on this board and "break bread" or at least have a beer with you ... I may attack a book, machine, or idea but never a friend. Please forgive me .... |

Gotta admit that caught me off guard .. It's all good. Wish I could be more help with your inquiry but seems like you got it all figured out though. I hear you about actually meeting people from this board. Here on Big Island I've seen only one other Blast and XB12ss. Wish there were more! Cheers |

Alex ... it's now 16 F. here in east central Indiana ... it will go down to around -5 F. tonight ... my BLAST! is out in the barn ... the sliding doors are frozen shut. Life (for a motorcyclist) is currently non-existent here How about if I fly out to Hawaii (somehow with my BLAST!) and we bike around the Island ??? I'd like to go up Mauna Kea and see the telescopes there. Dream on .................. |
