Hi

My wife has just bought a Blast and is delighted with it, mainly due to the seat height as she ain't the tallest. Thing is we'd like to boost the hp a bit. I've had a look at the Nallin site and we're interested in the 515 kit. Does anyone know what else we would need apart from the kit itself to get the hp up to around the mid 40's? Also what exhaust would be the best match to this kit.

Hey welcome! Start with the full Nallin kit with stage 3 heads,cams, etc., Nallin Force or WB w/24 discs(no cone), airbox mod & K&N should get you there easilly. Got Thump?! Just Blasting on the Dark side! EZ

Here's the latest on my LSR Blast from Nallin. Sorry still keeping all the details pretty close to the vest, but thought you all would like to see the results. Remember this is on a 497cc motor not a 515cc so more power is there if not for the class I plan to run.

Ray's Dyno

The reversion in mid range is a product of cams and pipe. We'll fix that after Bonneville.

poochie, your going to need to do some carberator work, and get a more free flowing exhaust before you decide to get it bore out. I have done both, and now my mechanic says its time to bore, good luck keep me updated I'm interested to here the results
