Folks, is there a way to understand which firmware version is installed on my MY2009 1125R? How could I know if there are updates available? |

you could run your VIN at a harley dealership. They should be able to tell if you have any updates available, including updates to the firmware. |

Because I bought my bike new less than one month ago, but it's a MY2009 and I do not know whether there have been any recalls and/or firmware updates. |

recalls you can find by typing your VIN number on a link on the USA official HD website, go there and search for it. I don't have the link here on this PC. The dealer can tell you the firmware version of your ECM by using the DIGITEC |

Is it 09 or 2010 model? 2010 models are MY09 and the firmware version can be viewed in Diag mode on the IC 09 model I seen you couldn't |

The firmware displayed on the cluster is the cluster firmware, not ECM. (Message edited by froggy on January 24, 2011) |
