hey guys. I recently was in a bike wreck. A guy in an S-10 pulled out in front of me (basically didn't see me). Anyway, I am trying to put the bike back together. Al over at american sportbike has everything I need but the handlebars. The bike is a 2000 X1, but I have the eurotech fairing on it. Do any of y'all know what handlebars will fit with this fairing installed? Thanks for the help. Here is the best pic I have (at work) of the bars.

I would call them "Clubman" bars, try some of the big bar manufacturers like Flanders. Here are some adjustable ones--- http://www.omarsdtr.com/bars4.html Here are some in black---- http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/speedmotoco/t he-808/clubman-speedmoto-blace-ace/Detail |

It looks like Crossroads would work as well. |

I did a search for eurotech but could not find that fairing. Could you tell us where to find one? |

i like those clubmans in the picture, they appear to not have as much down bend as most i see. I've been looking for a set that would clear the manta tank, and those look like they might..... |

thanks for the help guys. thanks kalali. Dave, the fairing is way way way (did I say way yet) way out of production. The last time I looked for one (three years ago) I found the company, but they were only making stuff for V-rods. The guy I talked to at eurotech didn't even know what I was talking about. So, the only ones left (that I know of) are on bikes. I would love a spare one myself, just for this situation. (Message edited by cobraman on December 16, 2010) |

I found a set of "low drop" clubman bars that only have 3"-4" droop or swoop from a site in Germany. I used them on my SR500. Try "kickstarter_classics.de" I think he's on feebay as "biebo". |

Dang, that sucks. I just got my bike running again after having completely failed a wheelie... Yeah, never gonna try that again. Anyway, glad you're okay. These bikes are pretty easy to fix, so I'm sure you'll be on the road again soon! |

Is that paint job stock>>>? I have a 97 S1 with a larger tank that is painted identical, with the frame being orange with black wheels. On the rear it says VR1200. I would love to learn more about it if you or anyone has any info. Thanks |
