I filled my Rizoma bars up with lead shot. It works, easy, can be messy. Not light weight. |

Kirb, be careful if your shot is loose in the bars. I have heard of them making their way into switches and bearings. I put ~4 oz. in each bar inside 10 mil ziplock bags on Loretta. Kills ALL the buzz, same principle as a "dead-blow" hammer. At first I used a pair of generic aluminum sport-bike bar-ends. Now I run a set I made in my garage on my bench lathe that are the same diameter as the bars instead of the grips.
