I picked up most of a parted out S2 the other day - I need the fork and wheels for a Harley (spit) Davidson project I'm starting with my son. What I have that I won't be using and would like to sell: front fairing front fairing 'spider' gas tank cover tail piece oil tank swingarm and mount, axle, adjusters wiring harness and switches stock ignition box voltage regulator handlebar switch housings and switches mirrors headlight misc. brackets and pieces footpeg mounts - left side w/stand rear isolators What I don't have or am not selling: motor, frame, keys, fork, wheels, bars, rear subframe, fuel cell and cap, headers. OK guys and gals: I'll see if I can get photos in the next couple of days - I've been working a lot (which is a good thing - I'm a construction guy and it's been a bit sucky lately for finish carpentry jobs) and haven't gotten a chance to get photos and do a little additional disassembly on the stuff I got. The bodywork is custom painted and is mainly metallic orange, with black panels, some white bands, with bright green pinstriping between the colors and 'Buell' also in the green. I kinda recall seeing this unit as a whole bike in the late 90's. This was obviously an expensive paint job at the time it was done. It's a bit the worse for wear now, though it could be run as is and look pretty good. All seems to be in good shape, no cracks or signs of any misadventures. The right rear signal is where the only damage I could find, the piece that the signal mounts to has broken away from the part that extends down for the license mount. The broken off piece is still on the signal, which is hanging on it's wiring. A short glass repair would have it back to good to go. Bear with me - I've started getting back on the PM's and hope to get time soon for photos. I haven't sorted out asking prices yet either, and will listen to offers if not too silly. Also - thanks for the lack of uppittyness! I hate it as much as anyone when these great bikes get parted out for chopper parts donors! | ||

Finally got some time to get some shots of the parts. Some of them have 'dibs', see above.       I'd like to get: $100 for the tail section $125 for the fairing $125 for the tank cover $60 for the spider $40 for the two top motor mounts (includes VOES) $20 for the brake pedal and peg You are free to offer on any of this. Also you can PM me if you have any questions of want to know condition of any of the parts. I have some other stuff that I didn't shoot. Hi Allen, I would be interested in buying all of the body parts (fairing, tank cover, and tailpiece) from you, so that I have an (almost) complete set that I can paint differently from the one I have. Since shipping for large parts is expensive I would pick up in person. I live in Ventura, so driving down to L.A. doesn't shock me.
