Once again I found something I would like to improve on my Buell, Trunk concerned, cut apart, tail light removed, added number plate, LED taillight mounted via an adapter on the number plate and then made the whole thing nice and smooth. Grüße aus Ostfriesland Hans |

Wow! You put a lot of time and customized finishes and parts on your 1125R! Looks good. Question: How come you have a white front wheel and a stock colored rear wheel? I think turning the rear same color as the front will really finish the bike off nicely. |

I like the upper tail - I never use my passenger seat, and have removed the pegs. Whose tail section is that? Nice looking. Hope those LED's are bright, they're awfully small. |

Hope those LED's are bright, they're awfully small. That was my first thought too, until I realized that Carbonrider is from Germany. The turn signals are likely Kellermann micro Rhombus units which are ECE approved. Kellermann signals are VERY BRIGHT! I have the Kellermann bar end signals as the only signals on my V-Rod (sorry, token H-D in the fleet...) and they light up the whole intersection even on the darkest of nights, not to mention any signs in the area. Not sure what the taillight is, but riding in Germany is MUCH different than the US. Car drivers actually look out for motorcycles unlike the US where we seem to be targets for car drivers. To pull a Courtism here, remind me to tell you sometime of a group of 20-30 bikes I was riding with in Germany (8 years ago now) going to the front of the line of cars at a stop light. I was expecting horns honking, yelling in German, and all around bad juju - but there was none of that. It was completely accepted behavior. Well, I guess I don't need to tell you sometime because I already did... It's good to see more posts from Germany! Welcome, Carbonrider! 1313 |

YOu can go to the front of intersections on a bike in California. No horns, no yelling, just jealous stares. In other states, doing something like that will get you road rage. Really ridiculous! |
