I have a complete set of Firebolt plastics that have been covered with black bed liner. They are in good condition and give the bike a stealthy look, but just not my thing. I'd like to trade them for a complete set of glossy plastics in any color. |

Here is a picture of a Firebolt with bedliner plastics (not mine).

I wonder how much heavier they are. |

The liner does add a little weight to the plastics. They would be a great set to swap on for a different look or a set that you don't have to worry about. |

I'm also guessing the drag from the surface would cut top speed by a couple mph... (thinking about this stuff for trackday bike). |

Go watch the mythbusters "golf ball car" episode Steve... The texture shouldn't slow you down. |

The black set is still up for trade for a colored set. The texture will probably add a couple mph to your top end....ever wonder why golf balls have dimples?? |
