190s on our bikes just don't work well. And, in particular a 190/50 would slow down the steering a fair bit. |

the reason i asked, i bought a rim on ebay and it had this tire on it, it looks cool extra wide but it did come off a wrecked bike maybe Jdugger is on to something. will it at least fit without modification? |

I'm running the Pirelli Angel ST tires front and rear in stock sizes. Have about 4000 miles on them. The rear is pretty squared off (FL=straight roads). Mostly commute on it. They work well in the rain and high mileage is a plus. |

You can fit a 190 fine, but the profile will be way off. The tire's profile will be more like |_| instead of \_/ so the steering sucks and the bike actually has less contact patch at lean. |

+1 Aeholton Angels in Stock size give great mileage but a little to hard for agresssive riding habits. Here is something to visualize what Jdugger said.

I have gone through a few sets of the Angel STs on my 1125s and I love those tires. I have not had any slip on me in the rain, cold, cold rain, or aggressive riding. I think I am a decent corner carver. |
