Yeah that's what I thought... well I'm in the process of making one on Solidworks. I think It can be less then $700. Purpony. Would the near future be sooner if someone already had the CAD file taken care of? |

maybe. I just bought a 2010 HAAS CNC machining center and SolidCAM to run inside of my solidworks... i just have to get up to speed with it. I designed this pulley for my XB wheeled X1 in solidworks, but i had a friend machine it since i didnt have CNC earlier this year. Its a factory tuber 61 tooth. I was going to modify the center of it to match a set of PM wheels i just got, just in case i ever decided to go back and put the PM wheels on my X1.

Purpony you are way ahead of me even with your rough sketch! I think there are allot of us that have the PM wheels and would love a matching rotor. since you have the basic design already and just need to do some proper measurements/adjustments I think you just created this pulley! I would like to purchase one as soon as you are up to speed with your new CAD software/hardware...no rush it is still winter and im still working on my front end... Please keep us posted. |

Purpony That looks like a better match to the PM wheel than the $700 ebay item discussed in this thread. If you build them, they will come. Put me down for one too. Cheers FJ |

I want the 'original' design post Jan 5th at 9:02 am, for an M2, regular old M2. When you get time, maybe let us know how much you would need to make one (or more)? |

If you need any measurement off an original let me know. I just picked this one up. It will be a little while before I get it on the bike. It really is a beautiful part!!! Rare as rocking horse poop too.

Loren, Someone countersunk those holes eh? Mine is not. I wonder why? Maybe to use some allen head bolts that sit flush? |

WOW that's F***** sweet! The Picture I have at the top looks completely different to the said "original" Looks more beefy. Why does the mounting holes have that notch cut out? wouldn't that interfere with the mounting? Gowindward bust out your vernier caliper and let the measuring begin! |

Back side looks like the first photo above sort of....it does have the step machined around the large holes. It really is a sweet part. It will go on the Yeller X1 Huge thanks to Tim for posting up the CL ad and Roger in SD for letting such a gorgeous part go.
