EBear and Cheryl, it was great having you guys up here this weekend to help with recon for OktoberFAST. me 'n D still can't believe how much beer YOU guys drank on Saturday night!!! to all: the weather should be great for this gig, as the daytime temps are finally starting to abate somewhat. the Aspen trees up on the Western Divide are really starting to glow, and the air up there amongst the giant Sequoias is pretty intoxicating this time of year. the Western Divide Highway and the Mighty 190 are two of the roads that we couldn't do on day three of the All-Cal BRAG ride last year due to the snowstorm that blew thru the night before. for anyone wanting to see and ride what we missed, this would be a great opportunity. we game for having company here at the 'Dome anytime from Friday afternoon on, clear thru 'til Monday evening (it's a holiday weekend...) the "main" ride will be on Saturday (about 200 miles) but we'll get in get in some tasty local stuff on the other days, as well. y'all come. Deb- yes Mike and I are still planning on coming for Galen's party weekend. Is there a reliable, responsible person that might be able to watch our boys for a few hours so that we both can break away to Galen's? If not then just Mike will go to Galen's party but we will both come for the weekend - if that makes any sense? If you are more cramped for room then the kids and I could just stay home - you let me know. Either way I will get the DVD's that FunJimmy sends me up to your house. See you soon |

Kim my neighbor has two daughters age 12 and 14, they would love to baby-sit Cody. The whole hood is full of kids, or I could give one of them a ride up there if you want your little man closer to you. Let me know what you think? On a sad note, my clutch is starting to slip! You would think 35k miles of hard riding it would last longer than that! Later, Brandon |

I too, was a part of the Oyster Run and I didn’t have a good time. My wife and I had been on Orcas Island visiting friends over the weekend and we got off of the ferry in Anacortes at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, just in time to fall in line with about 7,500,000 HD’s headed east toward Mt. Vernon. We were in the lap of luxury, driving a brand new 2003 Honda Accord EX with leather seats, dual zone climate control and a killer stereo, but 95 f***ing minutes and 16 miles later, when we got to the I-5 interchange at Mt. Vernon we were both in a foul mood. The only thing I felt good about is that most of the bikers didn’t look like they were having much fun either. 1) Despite what Debbie says, I’m a pretty good rider and like to go fast. 2) When I was a kid the teachers used to put comments on my report cards like “…doesn’t play well with other children.” 3) And besides all that other stuff, I really don’t like sea food very much. I’m sincerely pleased that Brandon had a good time. I hope everybody that participated in the Oyster Run had a good time. I hope we discover a cure for breast cancer, the common cold, social injustice or whatever we were raising money for, but... Harriet and Ray did not have a good time. |

Kim, bring the kids and we should be able to find a sitter. Safe and Secure is the key to that. The cumputer is trashed and we no longer have one. It will be awhile, so if you need to send to us (use) dgussenhoven@puyallup.k12.wa.us I check my messages daily. In the rain Deb |

Our Eastside Buell XB9r finished the WMRRA 8hr. superbike shootout without a single problem! No leaks or anything!!! 8hrs WFO and it still runs strong, I wouldn't have bet on that one! Anyway, Hi from Moonman! Scott Moon WMRRA #6 Supermoto USA #16 |

Well I got to ride an R1 last weekend..... we have become pretty good friends with the parents of a child that races with Cody. The husband, Ty has a R1 and had a hi-pipe mounted, so he has no rear pegs. We wanted to go for a scoot as a couple so Mike was on his Daytona, the couple were on my triple and I road the R1. It was ok, got to ride long enough for my wrists to go numb! I have met some really cool sportbike people from hanging out with Ty and we are going to go on a ride this Saturday up to Windy Ridge. I will be on my own bike, just taking it easy especially since Mike won't be along with me. Mike and Cody will be in Stockton for the Pocketbike Nationals race. Wish the little guy luck. Kimberlie |

They're ready, and going fast! Thank you all for sending your pictures. Regrettably the slide show feature ended up on the cutting room floor. Sorry they couldn'd be used in this DVD. Lots of fast helmet cam footage ate up all the disc space. 75% of printed discs are already booked! Reserve a copy now! Ferris, Kimberlie, Bob & Deb. Chris & Loni, Eric, and the unforgettable Mr. Galen, your copies will be mailed tomorrow, Wednesday Oct. 1st. You'll see them soon. Cheers FunJimmy edited by FunJimmy on October 01, 2003 |

Ferris Thanks for sending the photos. They're great! Unfortunately, to get smooth video from the helmet camera, I had to encode at a very high bitrate, and that ended up populating the entire disc. Maybe I'll do something with them later. Duane Got you order in and will send it out with Galen's, and others. They are going via Kimberlie, and she will bring them to Galen's party. Fireman Your copy will go out today. Galen Nobody sorrier than me, for not being available to attend your party. We'll definitely catch up with you for the bike show. Cheers all! FunJimmy |

I know, I know... I've said it before but this time I really mean it. I'm not going to eat, drink or sleep until I get a new internet provider. I know how to post pictures, I really do, but Comcast won't let me prove it. <<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>> Some guy that calls himself RDRASH thinks that I'm a wanker huh? Oh yeah, Well what does he know? Brandon never once saw me fall off my bike. Come to think of it, I've never seen him fall off either. RDRASH is a double wanker. Maybe even a triple Wanker. So there.
