I took my R out for a ride and on that short ride my gas light/engine light/ system voltage came on. So I stopped at the gas station paid 5 to the gas attendant and found that I could only put $4.00 at 3.47 a gallon. The gas light/engine light was odd, and system voltage is just frustrating.
I just had a stator replacement due to some burnt wires? Sounds like maybe HD just replaced the wires to my stator. Just taking a stab in the dark, but my VR may be bad. Boy I am glad I have the extended warranty.
I kept shutting my bike off and then would turn it on, and soon as I gave it gas with the clutch out, in gear, I would get system voltage.

My 12,000 mile service is coming up soon. I was wondering if anyone has a video of them adjusting the valves.

I am becoming less confident in HD for providing my bike the quality work and attention it deserves for the money "I PAY".

Short ride meaning 15 min's. On my video the AT is 40.
What I don't get when the system voltage come's on my turnsignals dont work.

bike shuts down some things when the volts are getting low.

the lfl can be weird at temps less than 60 or so in my experience

low voltage is weird at low temps usually the bike is able to produce more electrical power at colder temps than not.

go have it checked on a day weather wise similar to today

I plan on taking it to HD on the 6th when they re-open.
In All 8-10 time's I have seen the system voltage in my first year of owning this bike, the turn-signals never have worked.
Thanks for the advice about taking it on a cold day, that might be key. I keep a battery tender on the bike while not riding. The bike is all stock no aftermarket products.
