Ok so this means all is safe for 8 weeks...
Then after that ... all women, bikes, and objects over 20lbs Run for the hills!
Well at least you're not worse off than you are.
I know that dosen't sound like much, but you'll take what you can get, right?
I'm just glad you didn't break your back.

We went and picked her up today, she's in better shape than I would have thought (he said pretty much the same thing). Plenty of cosmetic damage, far less to the front end that I would have guessed. Spidey took some pics so I'm sure he'll put them up in the next few days, and give a more complete rundown.

No worries Tony. Mend yourself first, then we'll get to the bike. Looks just like a primary I repaired once already. A little sanding and polishing she'll be good as new. I'll be out to pick the trailer up this weekend, monday at the latest. I'm off monday and tuesday, unless it's in Bryan's way then let me know sooner. Email me your bruise pic.

Hey Spidy...sorry to hear of the damage(s). Hope you're healed sooner than later!
If it makes you feel any better I was almost taken out by a faulty tire gauge. Try nailing the brakes at 60mph with a front tire 10lbs low...not cool. |

Glad to know you're out of the hospital. Hope you're not in any pain. I'm glad you got your bike back too.
Maybe it's the pictures, but man, the front end on your bike looks pretty vertical. It looks like you've now got less rake than the XB9R in the background!

Paul, it's the angle of the picture...the front end looks good to the unaided eye. Obviously there's no way to be sure without taking some detailed measurements. Ditto the frame.

I saw some some pics of you doin' burn outs in a (Hooter's?) parking lot and had some ideas for an animation. But, I can't find them any where. Do you know the pics I'm thinking of? They were full size (Always work best) and on the web. If they aren't there any more could you email them to me?
The pain moving is a sign that you're healing up. I know it sucks, although it wasn't from a wreck (I had tumors on some nerves in my left arm) I had to take a year off from riding while I was passed from Dr. to Dr. to find out what was wrong and why I was in so much pain. |

Then ya gotta email me the full sized one and I'll redo it bigger. The pic of MJ I got from the Buell Pics section. That's why it's so small. So if ya got the full size, look at my profile and email me the pic. If ya don't have that one, any clean sharp pic will do. If ya send me more than one the chances of a good one get better...
