the only thing I don't like about this set up is the bags are on backwards compared to my ULY. I had to take my E>B>R stickers off because they were pointed the wrong way on the TT I also need to pick up some reflectors to add the rear... or is it the front? |

Looks good! Would I be able to make that set up work on a XB12S being that the S is shorter than the SS? |

The rack is made for a S. So you will be good to go. A fellow Badwebber (Brirdy) made the brackets I needed because I was mounting it to a "Long" He has the same set up on his TT He also made the aux.light mounting bar you see on the front of my bike. |

Wolf - I see you finally got in touch with Eurotech. As you can see, the bags look even better when paired with a ventura rack and cheap top case.

Gosh, those are some sweet set ups! Never really thought about hard bags on the city x, just used the cortech soft bags until we got the uly. Between these lightning pics and the fun it was teaching a recent ERC using the City x, I'm really digging that bike and dreaming of ways to make it more practical for my work commutes. Not fair for the Uly to get all the miles! |

I like having the back up travel bike. The Uly's stator had passed away right before the WV Buell Rally and I ended up trailering the TT I don't like putting my bike on a trailer unless its going to the track |

I'm planning on installing hard bags on my XB12Ss some time before spring has sprung. I don't see the H-B bag mounts on the Eurotech site. Did you get their last stock or did they order it for you? Also do you think Birdy would make another set of adapters for a reasonable price, or at least provide some good pics and info so that I can try and make my own? I'm hoping to do some serious traveling this summer and this is a necessary step. Thanks. |

I think I got the last set they had in stock. I'd give them call to see if they would order you another set. You can ask Birdy, Check the storm fronts section under COBRA. he has posted there and you should be able to send him a PM. I don't know if he still has access to the equipment but its worth a email |

Do they make hard bag mounting systems for R's? I'm using the cortech soft bags right now. But id love to have more room and better protection from the rain on longer rides. |
